Baker's Motel has been operating Since 1937

Baker's Motel has a beautiful country setting offering a large well manicured lawn for you to walk, of course there is a nice antique mall next door for you to browse through and the Zane Grey Museum across the street. None the less Baker's Motel is located in the country and when most people today live a fast paced life staying with us is always relaxing. People from all lifestyles enjoy our relaxing setting and our clean comfortable rooms, we do offer high speed internet access on our property also.

The Golden's, Family Owned and Operated

My wife and I have owned and operated Baker's Motel since the spring of 1980 making us the longest running owners, Baker's Motel may not be a new and modern chain but the chains do not have the character that Baker's does, in addition to the family atmosphere that we offer you from greetings by Reggie who is our mixed breed hound dog to stopping over in the morning for a cup of Java and having a nice chat with me in the office.

Looking Forward to a Great Summer Season

We have been busy this year with many updates which include the following:

Our new website, we hope you like the new look
Additionally we have made many outside improvements.
Almost all of the rooms have been re-painted now.
Almost completed on the installation of the new carpet and the rooms look great, the new berber carpet looks great and should be completed by April 26th. The motel is looking great and the rooms are coming together nicely.
Wi-fi through the whole motel, relax in your room and surf the net.

Additionally we have done many improvements that just make things look and work better, we are always working on making your stay at Baker's Motel as enjoyable as possible.
