Our rooms with one bed are approximately 14'x17' and offer a ceramic tile bathroom with a walk-in shower, our lower section was built in two stages, the courtyard area was built in the late 1940's by I.B. Baker who was the original owner. Rooms 1-10 were built in 1953 as the business grew. You can rent these for $45.00-$60.00 pending on the time of the year.

Our rooms with 2 beds were added in two stages also, the first being built in 1953, Rooms 39-42 and the back section pictured was built in 1963 when the interstate was built. These rooms are the largest around and even the large families have plenty of space. Additionally these rooms offer full baths and a room size of about 15'x27'. You can rent these rooms for $60.00 - $85.00 depending on the time of year.

Located across the street from the motel was built in the 1960's when I.B. Baker gave the state the land to build the museum and put an exit in for Norwich, Ohio. With exit 164 off I-70 in place the motel's future was secured. Baker's Motel has become a landmark property that is family owned and operated by the same owners for over 20 years.
